Dear Patients,

The health and safety of my patients is my top priority right now.  In order to greatly reduce transmission of the COVID-19 virus, we must seriously practice social distancing and work together to flatten the curve.

Effective immediately, I will be temporarily closing until at least Thursday April 2, 2020.  All scheduled appointments during this time will be cancelled/re-scheduled and those patients will be called as soon as I can
